Hi my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition wired headphones keep disconnecting and reconnecting while making popping sounds I have noticed that if I fully disable all lighting effects through all of the Razer Software I.E. Razer Studio, Visualizer, The Streamer Companion App, and Razer Connect they work perfectly with no problems. but as soon as i turn on any lighting effects on the headphones they start disconnecting and reconnecting while popping. I am on a win11 PC so far I have tried uninstalling all Razer Software and then reinstalling I have removed the drivers from all of my Razer products then tried reinstalling everything again nothing seems to work. if I cant find a solution then I hope that the turning off all lighting effects helps some others with the disconnect and reconnect issue. But lets be honest none of us want a solution that involves turning off our RGB lighting.

I second that. Disabling the Chroma settings is not a fix. By the way, did you try replicating the headset's behavior after connecting it to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me the Razer Kraken Kitty's serial number and the computer's Synapse logs. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
