Razer Kraken Kitty - Genshin Environment mode??

I honestly have no idea how THX and surround sound works with this headset other than pressing a button on my actual headphones. On razer synapse, there's a section with applications but not all of the ones I use are there. For example, I play Genshin Impact which is supposed to have environmental mode but it won't show up nor can I set it up with this mode. Am I missing a driver or something? I'm just really confused and unsure of what to do really... I just want a better game experience. If anyone could help that would be really helpful :(

You can follow this guide on how to use THX and set it as a playback device. As for your Synapse, please perform a clean reinstallation by following the steps on this page. That should fix the Synapse problem. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
