razer kraken kitty headphones led and synapse problems

i recently noticed that my kitty headphones had a ear led going off and on on one side. it works only if it's not stretching/getting ready to wear but once i get ready to wear them the light goes off. all the Led lights work except one ear. as for synapse, it's not detecting my headphones at all. i did the uninstall headphone drives and reconnect and no luck. I had my headphones connected to synapse on my old computer then i moved on a new pc and that's where it doesn't detect them.
