i recently noticed that my kitty headphones had a ear led going off and on on one side. it works only if it's not stretching/getting ready to wear but once i get ready to wear them the light goes off. all the Led lights work except one ear.



as for synapse, it's not detecting my headphones at all. i did the uninstall headphone drives and reconnect and no luck. I had my headphones connected to synapse on my old computer then i moved on a new pc and that's where it doesn't detect them.
Try the steps here for fixing undetected devices on Synapse 3. If the same issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and raise your concern to the Software Team if necessary by starting a case.
