Razer Kraken Kitty Headset falling apart

I’ve had the headset only 3 months with extremely light use, I’m not exaggerating, it’s been used maybe 10 times total and of course all it does is sit on my head. And it is falling apart. The soft bumper for the top for your head is coming apart on both sides. 

But my biggest frustration is there appears to be no way to contact Razer about this. There is a “contact us” loop on the website that leads nowhere. Cannot find an email address to contact. I shouldn’t have to make an account here in the first place. Just have an email to contact.

I was upset about the product falling apart but now I’m actually pretty angry about being lead in circles in an apparent attempt to get me to give up and keep a broken, faulty product that I paid $100 for.
