Razer Kraken Kitty keeps disconnecting for a few seconds

I’ve had the Razer Kraken Kitty headset for about 8 months now. My audio disconnects from my pc from time to time, as if I was plugging it out and plugging it back in after 2 seconds. I thought maybe it was my pc USB port, but I tested all of them and I still had this issue. I looked for solutions everywhere and tried them all out, and when I say all I mean ALL! It’s really annoying and I cant enjoy watching films or playing games anymore. This is the 2nd time I’ve had this headset as my old one’s mic mute button was broken after a year or two. I don’t know what else to do 😟 plz help
