Razer Kraken Kitty rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting

My headphones have been disconnecting every now and then for a while now, but over the past week it's gotten so bad I can hardly use them. I've turned off usb port power saving and tried other ports on my pc but they still wont work :/ They rapidly disconnect and reconnect, making a popping sound through the speakers each time. I've included a video of the problem. (*Removed for security purposes)

    Please connect the headset to a different computer, and check if the issue persists. Otherwise, send me a PM including your Razer Kraken Kitty's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
