Razer Kraken Kitty Static/White Noise

I recently got the Razer Kraken Kitty headset for Christmas and I immediately noticed that there was alot of static/white noise whenever audio was playing. I googled the problem, and I found that other people had experienced the same issue but I was unable to find a solution that fixed the problem. I tried plugging it into a different USB port (actually, I tried all 4 of them on my laptop), tried a different laptop, even tried a desktop, and I still experienced the same problem. I reinstalled the Razer software. Still experiencing issues. Does anyone know how I could fix this problem?

    I just got my set testerday & am having the same problem. It is only happening when a program is accessing my microphone.
