Hello, I'm having problem with my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition, they disconnect, it sticks and reconnects canceling my computer, it doesn't have a pattern it just happens random and I don't know what to do anymore, I'm afraid they will end up burning

I’m here to help. I understand you're experiencing a dropping connection problem with your headset. What steps have you tried so far?
