Razer Kraken Kitty USB - glitching input + reversed left/right.

I have an issue with micro only when I using voice calls. During offline recording my micro works fine. It drives me crazy, because I can not speak in Discord/Skype/Teams/Zoom BUT it becomes OK when I launch the AAA games(!!!) e.g. Dota2 or overwatch. Voice input clear and no more glitches. But in the same time sometimes I can her that left/right mixed up. Have anybody faced with such issues? I would appreciate for any support with my bugs.
