I have the Kraken Kitty V2 and whenever i go to register them it tells me my product number is invalid and when I went to the warranty support and typed in my serial number it said that my headphones werent eligible for surround sound and to look at the website to see which ones are included and it is literally listed on there and in the pamphlet my headset came with it tells me to scan the qr code and so I can get surround sound so I’m just confused. I typed the 0’s in as O’s and nothing. Please help.
