Hi everyone, I have a problem with my new Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT headphones. They are very good when used alone, perfect audio, nice colors, good software... but I have a problem when, for example, I play in co-op. I would like to point out that I play on a PC and to connect the headphones I had to buy a BT dongle on Amazon. On Fortnite when a friend joins the group the game audio gets worse, it seems as if it were muffled and robotic.
I also tried it on a laptop with integrated Bluetooth and it works very well, so I think the problem is the dongle, but Razer doesn't have its own.
How can I solve it? I don't want wired headphones and the WIRELESS Kitty (the wireless Corsair Void works very well with their dedicated dongle) don't exist.
If I don't find a solution I will switch to Corsair like my boyfriend.
