Hi, just yesterday my Kraken Kitty V2 stopped charging, no matter the charging cord I use. Other devices charge fine when using the same ports/cords/outlets, so I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with the device. Most recently I left it plugged in for over an hour and it either didn’t charge or didn’t retain charge, as upon being powered on after charging, it immediately powered off again.
Could this be buildup of crud in the charging port, or is this indicative of a greater issue that could require replacement?
