Razer Kraken Kitty V2 not connecting to Steam Deck

Headphones decided to stop working and doesn't register as headphones but the mic still works just fine.

Hi hitOtterBrownplane235,

 

 

When your Razer Kraken Kitty V2 shows up as a microphone but the headphones fail to register, your Windows USB audio driver or the Razer Chroma controller has likely crashed or bugged out. Try the steps below: 

 

  1. Unplug the headset from the USB port.
  2. Open Device Manager and disable the Razer Kraken Chroma Control to force Windows to recognize it as an audio device.
  3. Reinstall your drivers and reboot.
