Hi ! 

I have a problem, I received my headphones yesterday, the Kraken kitty V2 (the pink ones if it makes a difference) and I can't connect them to synapse, I've tried pretty much everything I could, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, disconnected them manually from my PC, repair synapse, try another USB port and all but it doesn't work plus it's kinda hard to find a real solutions because I mostly find things about V2 PRO and wireless ones... 

I just hope it can be fixed because I don't want to send it back after waiting for 10 days.

(and also I checked twice just in case but it's written that the headset support synapse 3 on the shop and it's also written than the headset is supported by synapse 3 on the app list of compatible devices)


Try clean reinstall, also you can try Synapse 4, instead of 3:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC and you can additionally download Synapse 4: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
