I bought a new razer kraken kitty v2 pro, registered the device on my account, but didnt get the code, checked spam, and junk, tried to follow the help guide to request a new code and it says its been sent to my email, but i still didnt receive it anywhere, spam, junk, or normal folder, checked again after 10H and still nothing
