Razer kraken kitty V2 Quartz edition- lighting issues- razer chroma issues

hi. i adjusted the lighting of my headset with Razer Chroma, and everything was fine. However, as soon as I exit the Razer application, the color automatically changes to green, and despite saving the lighting settings I configured, they don't remain. I change it, but the moment I exit the app, the color reverts to green on its own, and I can't change it outside of the application. The headset stays green unless I'm in the app. Please help me fix this.
