I just got the v3 pro headset Monday from Amazon, the headset was working fine until i pressed the chat button on the headset, this caused the headset to shut off, then when I turned it back on the lights are flashing random RGB and none of the buttons work on the headset, synaps is no longer detecting it.
I tried creating a support ticket, but the support system keeps saying the serial number is invalid.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you update the firmware of your headset by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the LED and connection issues.
