I just bough Kraken Kitty wireless and connect it to my pc bluetooth, when I palying game and while join dc, all I can hear is sound of my friend, there is no game sound and video sound. When I changing the headphone mode to hand-free AG mode, game sound come back but the sound quailty is so bad. how i can solve this issue?

Are you using Discord via app or via browser? Did you reinstall the audio drivers of your headset? Try to isolate the behavior by clicking this link. Let me know how that goes by sending me a PM with the serial number.
