Razer Kraken Mercury problem

Just bought a brand new headset tried to sign in to the 7.1 surround app But I keep getting the message "No authentication Found" over and over I saw other people with the same problem and all they did is just uninstall, restart the PC, reinstall I did it a few times and It didn't work. however I downloaded it in another PC and it works fine, but I need it to my main pc. I do remember at the first time installing it said something about temp folder space, I cleaned the temp folder and continue downloading and it never came back. I did download the app a few times but it still didn't work. tried to login via FB, Twitch, Google, New account I just made. Nothing seems to be working!!!!!!! Please help me!
