Razer Kraken Mic not recognized by the WIndows if connected via keyboard
Hy, everyone.
I have the Razer Black Widow Stealth 2016 keyborad installed into my Windows PC.
I plugged all the three connecters in on the back of my PC - the USB connector, the audio jack (into the audio output) and the PORT USB as well (although I don't quite understand what this one is for, and there is no explanantion in the keyboard master guide).
I then went to install the latest Synapse application and configured the keyboard successfully.
Then I plugged my Razer Kraken (Omitted for security purpose) headgear into the audio + mic jack on the right side of the keyboard (right next to the USB passthrough port).
The issue I have now is that I have sound working but the mic on the headgear is dead (not recognised as a device by the PC Windows system at all) I can't make any sound record!
Under Control Panel the only mic I have shown by the system as installed is Steam mic (?)
Please help me to connect the mic properly as I don't understands why it isn't working. The keyboard manual makes it look like both the audio and mic should be working if a headgear is connected via this jack. But it's not!
Should the audio jack off the Keyboard cord splitter go into the mic jack on the back of my PC? Or it is only audio OR mic that can be enabled via this connector on the right side of this keyboard, but not both?
Thanks in advance
