Razer Kraken Mic not working

Got it for Christmas, was working fine (Windows 10 PC by HP) until about 2 months ago. Now only sound. Tried on two other PCs with and without splitter--works fine. Shows up in settings as conexant mic and troubleshooting says it's fine? can't find that anywhere on google. Thinking its an update/driver/software issue. Anyone have any similar issues or ideas for a fix?

    As far as I can tell, you have an analog headset, so it shouldn't appear as anything else besides your sound card's driver, which is usually Realtek. If that is the case, then you should try to test the headset on a smartphone or reinstall the sound card drivers of the PC. That said, do send me a PM with the serial number of your Kraken so I can validate the model.
