Razer Kraken mic not working
My computer doesn't recognize that my Razer Kraken has a mic (It says it's just headphones) and can't seem to get it to work. I've tried reinstalling the drivers for the device to no success.

Does it not work even on different ports? Is the headset's mic also not functioning even without Synapse in the background? For now, isolate the issue by doing the steps from this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device. I can verify its model with that and look for other solutions.
