My razer headset mic works on and off; my computer has both mic in and line in inputs, and I use an audio splitter since my PC doesn’t have a combined input/output port. Sometimes the mic will work, and sometimes after being unplugged and plugged back in it in it will stop working. For a while it only worked with my rear ports, and later it only worked with the front ports. Other mics work fine in all my computer ports, different audio splitters have no effect, and all my drivers are up to date.
Where could this issue be coming from? The headphones are barely a year old, so I’d rather not purchase new ones. I’d get it if never worked, but the sometimes on sometimes off leaves me stumped.
