I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced with your headset. May I ask if there were any incidents that occurred prior to the issue? For example, did you accidentally drop the headset or apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit?
