Razer Kraken Pro 7.1 CAUSE BLUE SCREEN (BSOD) WINDOWS 10 (1903)
I'm here for desperate help.
I am from Brazil and I am using a translator but if you know the solution please answer me and if you need any more information do not avoid asking me.
alias Razer support in Brazil is non-existent, no response and no direct support channel, which disappointed me a lot.
My headset is the Razer Kraken 7.1 chroma USB, and is experiencing conflict in the HID COMPLIANT HEADSET driver
My PC is giving blue screen as I enter games.
When I unplug my headset the blue screen comes on time.
I have been searching for solutions for a long time and I have done all and none of them.
I performed the physical defect test on all the pieces, Memory Ram, CPU, GPU all and none presents physical defect.
Then I did the clean formatting 3 times of Windows 10 June 27, 2019-KB4501375 (OS Build 18362207)
I installed all the drivers available on the website of my motherboard manufacturer (Gigabyte Z370M) (BIOS F12)
My pc is an I7-8700, 16GB 2400 HYPERX, CX750W, GTX 1060 GIGABYTE G1
