Razer Kraken Pro V2 #7.1surround PROBLEM
Hi there, i got email from Razer with activation code in 2017. Yesterday i was trying to connect headphones with surround 7.1 but app told me that my code is invalid. I was changing Windows from 7 to 10 and now sound from headphones without 7.1 surround sounds diffrent. What i can do to connect my headphones to surround system with invalid code on my email?

Please send me the email address that you've used during your Razer ID registration via PM so I can check the activation code that is allocated to your account including the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status.
