Razer Kraken Pro V2 - chat audio input too low in game (PS4)

Hi There,

So yesterday I received my new Razer Kraken Pro V2 headset. I am using it for the PS4. So when playing solo it was perfect, all audio is great and it is very comfortable. However then my friend joined in a party. At first I heard him talking very well (no game noice), but then the game started and during the fights (BF5) I just don't hear him. The noice from the fights is way higher than his voice input.

I am allready going through all kind of forums, but I still dont really see a good solution. I allready tried to change the settings in PS4 (you can set the mix between chat/game) but it doenst work, also seems to reset the whole time. I dont know if I can change the settings by using a program (synapse) at PC which then works the same in PS4? I mean putting the game volume on 50% and setting chat input from others to 100% (something like that).

Anyone has some advice? Thanks!

If I still wont be able to hear my friends I unfortunately have to return the product.

The Kraken Pro V2 is not capable of processing Game/Chat balance and is dependent on the platform's configuration. Do you get the same results when using another headset or controller? If so, I highly recommend that you reach out to PS4 support about this.
