Hello Everyone!



I have a Razer kraken pro v2 headset and it's mute switch isnt working correctly. i read a lot of posts in this topic so i am not the only person with it but i couldnt find any good answers sadly. So the problem is my audio like a youtube vid goes trough my output even if the microphone switch is turned off. My voice isnt going through just the music i am listening to. For example when i am in a discord call and i mute my mic no one can hear anything from my voice but they can hear my music as clear as if they'd play the music for themselves. For me its like if the splitter is not working correctly mixing up the signals so its maybe not the mute switch i dont know really. When i touch the switch or turn it on/off it has a really loud noise my friends noticed that. In the end maybe it isnt the mute switch if the "background" audio is not picked up by the mic but by bad splitter cable. Has anyone found a solution for this problem? Thank you!
