Razer Kraken Pro v2 not being detected

I received this headset as a gift for Christmas in 2018 and never tried to use the microphone now but only to find out that it wasn't being detected. The audio works under the name of 'High Definition Audio Device' but the device for recording is nowhere to be found. I've tried using the splitter but that did nothing, I've tried plugging the cord into different areas with no progress, and I've tried looking for the problem on the site but didn't find anything. I'm out of options and need help. Also, the microphone does work on my ps4.

I'm having the same problem, my Kraken Pro V2 is not automatically detected by the synapse, what do I do? My Deathadder Elite does not show the same error, but the Kraken of some reason presents this error.

Hey there! Allow me to take over as @Razer.RedPanda is unavailable. By the way, that is known behavior. You're Razer Kraken Pro V2 is an analog headset that's why it is not detected in Razer Synapse.
