Razer kraken pro v2 right speaker not working

Hey, I got a razerbkraken pro v2 pewdieepie edition of marketplace for pretty cheap, the guy mentioned it works fine but now at home I plugged it in and I can only hear from left channel. I contacted him and he said it happens sometime and you have to fiddle with the jack, assuming he is saying truth how can I fix this? Thanks
