Yesterday morning I was using my kraken v3 pro wireless as usually, but after a little rest, in afternoon, for any reason my usb dongle stopped being detected by any device, so now I have to use it via 3.5mm cable.
I would like to know if there is any way to buy or receive any replacement for that dongle, I payed too much for this headsets just for being wireless and they are still like new. Also, razer says that warranty is over (bought in september 2023) but as I know, here in Spain, warranty in electronic products should be 3 years.
I tried everything and I know that it is not a software problem (not synapse, not firmware, not windows...), so if I can’t get any replacement, at least I would like any advice to repair it my by myself or some other alternatives.
Also I have seen some online stores selling usb dongles but I don’t know how reliable they are.
