Kraken Pro V4s for whatever reason came unpaired. I cant use Synapse 2 to factory reset the device - it starts the process but never progresses. I left it over an hour and tried multiple restarts. even reformatted my computer.
The pairing utility does not have Kraken Pro V4 listed on it. What do I do? Return it?
I have the same problem, can now only use the headset wired, the hub is not even in synapse 4 anymore. Now waiting for a reply from Razer.

Same issue here about a week ago... and their only solution, RMA it, because they have no idea what the problem is. Clearly it is a long standing issue on a short lived product.
