when i plug my razer kraken TE audio controller I get a msg from the windows tells that the usb is not recongized i have doubted about my laptop but try it on others and got the same problem , though the controller led mic and volume up and down works but the drivers don’t appear inna volume mixer . I ‘ve tried to disable and reinstall the driver but notthing has changed
