Razer Kraken TE - 7.1 THX key no longer valid

I bought the Kraken TE and it came with a THX 7.1 activation code, which worked - until I did a full restore. When I logged in to my Synapse and such, my THX was not working, I went to the THX section and it told me I need to activate my THX, so I entered my code, and it told me that it is invalid. Any idea how I can either re-login to my THX or regain my access?

I would love to help you retrieve the activation code. Please PM me the Razer ID used for the activation of the app, including the serial number of your headset, so I can verify its registration as well for reference. Thanks!
