Razer Kraken TE Game audio is not working

Hello I just got my new Kraken TE and tried to set it up. All i get when the game audio channel is default device is a loud buzz . When the I deactivate the game channel and just use the chat channel the audio is normal.

I fixed it. you just have to reinstall both audio devices ( Game and Chat ) over the windows sound thing ( https://prnt.sc/nokez9 thats what i mean) then plug the device out and back in. And everything should work fine i hope it helps sorry for my bad English
