Razer kraken TE has no activation key for 7.1 surround sound?

When I tried to register my Kraken TE to get my activation key for 7.1 surround sound, I didn't get any! I displaced the ear cup and it did not fit perfectly, bottom line I did all this to get my serial number for the activation key to ultimately experience 7.1 surround sound like the kraken X but can't! Is it because the kraken TE doesn't support 7.1? P.S I don't really think THX Spatial audio helps in gaming so i was looking to opt for 7.1

    Hi there! The Kraken TE is not supported by the Razer 7.1 Surround as it already has THX Spatial Sound.
