Razer Kraken TE <|> Mic doesn't work

Hello! I have a giaaaant problem. My mic isn't working on the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. Things I already tried: - Deleting all Razer-Software - Reseting PC I'm pretty sure though that it is something like a Software Problem. But could it be something with the THX Spatial Chat/Voice Balance?

    Of course I mean Game/Chat Balance not Chat/Voice Balance! Sry!
