Hi all, so i recently bought a Razer Kraken TE, and i noticed that my friends are complaining about my sound on Discord. Whenever i rotate my microphone hole thingy away from my mouth, i sound like im stuttering according to them. However when i listen to it using synapse's sidetone i just sound a little low, but there is no stuttering going on. So my question is, is this a hardware related issue? Should i return my headset to where i bought it? I appreciate any help. ~ Flons0503

Hi there! Have you tried using other applications to see if the same issue happens?

Alright, i've tried skype's Echo sound test device to playback my sound. It could be skype but my microphone sound quality sounds really bad. I haven't had my friends complaning about my audio quality tho. About the volume, i was able to hear myself with both the microphone hole rotated towards my mouth as when i rotated it away. However, when i moved the entire microphone away i did notice that my volume started to go down.
