Hi all, about a week ago my razer kraken TE lost all sound producing when connected to the THX controller. When i connect the headset dongle to a headphone port on my pc the headphones work just fine, but as soon as its connected to the THX controller the only sound it produces is when you try to turn up the volume it makes a "BepBep" sound and nothing more.
every bit of help is apreciated.
