Razer Kraken TE not recognized by Synapse 3 and TXH Spatial Audio doesn't work
I bought a new pair of the Razer Kraken TE and not only is it unrecognized by Synapse 3, THX Spatial Audio doesn't work. I've tried guides on how to fix both of these issues but they won't work either.

Hey there! Thank you for sharing your Razer Kraken TE's concern on our Support board. By the way, the USB Audio controller indicates that your Razer Kraken TE is detected in Synapse 3.0 since removing the USB Audio Controller will make the headset as a 3.5mm device. However, having a THX Spatial that is not working is not normal. Please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
