I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset at the beginning of 2020, never used the 7.1 THX spatial audio, and never had any problems until now. I recently got a new computer, and when I installed the Razer Synapse, it didn’t see my headset at all, not to mention it said my unused THX code was invalid. The only thing I’m doing differently is using the THX connector instead of the normal headphone jack. Anyone know what’s going on?
