Razer Kraken TE : Surround sound / Spatial audio not working

So i just bought my new headphones and i played a bunch of matches with it on csgo. The surround sound was not working at all, making me unable to differenciate where the enemy was, although i had put 5.1 surround for the settings in csgo, and the surround sound option for csgo in razer synapse. I also tried some other games and there was no surround sound too. please help me anyone
