Razer Kraken TE THX Spatial Audio won't work

Hi, about a week ago my kraken TE started to do some problems I reinstalled the driver set the THX to my default device and I cant hear anything and when I switch it to Razer Audio Controller - Game I can hear everything please help me I did everything already I reinstalled synapse 3 and I reinstalled THX drivers even the Realtek switched to other USB port and I still cant get it to work please help me thanks

    Perform a clean re-installation of Synapse by following the steps here and you can get the firmware update here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can check its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the problem. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
