Hello! I purchased my Kraken almost 7 months ago, and yesterday, something weird started happening with it. I noticed that my right earcup was louder than the left one. I tried to fix it by unplugging and plugging everything back in, and that didn't work. I decided I was going to fix it later that night. I then died, and so I leaned back in my chair with my backrest to my left, and I leaned against my cord, and noticed that my issue was fixed. I played with the wire more, and I found out that the wire has to be in a certain position going into the volume control & mic mute in order for the sound to work properly. Is this an issue with any known fixes?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. It seems like normal wear and tears to me. This happens when you've accidentally pulled the cable and splay inside. That's the reason why it only works when it is on a certain angle.
