Razer kraken TE usb starting problem

Good afternoon, I recently bought the razer kraken TE, they work well and I am very happy with the purchase but there is something that I just cannot solve, when I connect the headset through the usb port they work, but when I turn off and then on again pc again I have to unplug the usb, otherwise the headset does not connect or turn on, it is as if it did not receive power, it is quite annoying, does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, have you tried using a different port to see if the same issue persists?

Hi,sorry for the delay, I have tested in the front and rear ports and the result is the same, I do not know how to show this problem on video since it is not something visual, simply the headset does not turn on if I do not disconnect it and reconnect it, it is like If they weren't connected.
