I just bought a set of Razer kraken headphones, and the sound is unbearable. Too much bass is an understatement. I tried using them on Apex and they are essentially unusable. Even with 7.1 surround sound and THX audio with the equalizer, I tried for hours to try to get some kind of usable settings for this headset. I can't hear anyone around me in the game, gunshots sound like a garbage can is over my head and someone is hitting it with a bat. I've tried the onboard settings for windows 10 as well, turning off the sonic headphone shit or whatever it is. Do I have a dud headset or are these really just this bad?
