Hi All.

I have a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition THX 7.1 headset. I can hear all the sounds in games but I dont hear the voices talking to me or they are severely muted. HELP !!! Is this headset and the software too complicated for me?

Are you referring to the voices in the game, or is it while talking to someone in a party or conference? Does the same behavior happen after disabling the THX Spatial? If the LED on the top-right corner is lit, then THX Spatial is turned on. Refer to the screenshot below:
