So i have been using razer kraken with the USB it came with and was testing things in windows settings and once i hit apply my audio is completely screwed up. i could use them as normal headphones without the USB connection but im trying to fix it. the audio doesn't even play. so i uninstalled the thx driver and then i tried again. i played music to test it out and my audio was working through the game chat driver how do i make all of them work properly ?

    Hey there! Are you still experiencing the issue with your Razer Kraken TE? Have you updated your headset through Razer Synapse 3.0? Also, does the issue still occurs while using a different port on your PC? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
