I have a problem about my Razer Kraken Tournament Ed headphones. I can't turn surround 7.1 in official Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app. In this application displayed "NVIDIA High Definition Audio (VG270U P). This is my monitor with built-in speakers. When I clicked Taskbar on my desktop Its show me "speakers 7.1 (surround sound)". Multimedia recreated by monitor with built-in speakers.
Microphone in my headphones is doesn't work.
Can anyone help me how turn 7.1 surround sound?

The Razer Kraken Tournament Edition is not compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Please be aware that the application is only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, Blackshark V2 X, and the Barracuda X, which uses the 7.1 Surround Sound. On the other hand, you can tweak the headset's settings via Razer Synapse 3.0. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
